It's walking distance on the way to Ayala.

Ahhh a little bit aged some of the things, the AC it's quite old and not to cold. The room is bit dark and the curtain is dusty 😊

Location is convenient.

Room smells of old age, A/C unit is noisy, bathroom setup is kind of dangerous when your standing on a bath tub taking a shower cause you may slip.

I like the location only

They were doing some repairs in front of our room and it was very noisy, the sound of drilling and round blade thingy. We weren't able to have a good sleep. Also no cover for the bathtub drainage.

WE did not like the noise from the events held at the hotel. The fact that they went on till 11.30 at night on some occasions. Also the sounds of what seemed to be someone drumming for long periods of time, at all hours of the day & night.
