The place was very nice and quiet and everyone was friendly. They did their very best to help you if you needed it. I will definitely like to stay again next time I stay in Cebu

I know that left my manicure set there and their staff denies seeing it. They need to screen their help more thoroughly with background checks. The breakfast and their breakfast staff was their saving grace. First room, the aircon quit, the 2nd room they had to replace the phone and the cable box.

"Maintenance problem"

The key card had some problems where you insert it for electricity. Maintenance was informed but it seemed that they had no immediate answer to the problem. I think they wanted to check it but I was still staying for the week-end. I am not sure if the problem was attended to.

"mieux ailleurs sans problème"

pas de wifi correct, pas de bouteille d'eau, pas de minibar, chambre moyenne. arrivée en avance très tôt un supplément de 1000p demandé. pas de navette aéroport.........
