"Renovations were noisy and car park covered in white chalk"

Location to city was good. Views of river were nice - provided paid off street parking

The tea caddy was empty , tried to call reception three times and no answer. Had to end up going downstairs for my enquiry. Shower water came across the floor onto the carpet. Pillows were hard.

The Hotel was fine and good value.

We didn’t go the the Restaurant for Dinner or breakfast as I thought the prices were too expensive for a mid range hotel. Their was some construction going on in the pool area and the rooftop which detracted from the stay a little bit.

Breakfast was only buffet which means you have to pay for a lot of stuff you dont want if you just want a small hot meal

"Short mid week stay"

Staff exceptional . Front desk lewis Reid Restaurant staff great.

Room very tired and dated .R 802. Tv free to air only! Bathroom door damaged and required paint. Old style bath and shower curtain! Shower head seized ,unmovable. No cupboards in bathroom. Instand coffee and tea only,no pod machine . Would not pay full price for this hotel .
