"Servicing of room mischarged"

Everything was good except that I paid for daily servicing of the room, but this only occurs weekly. This wasn't made clear when booking

Lucky to get an upgrade however the AC wasn't good, it gets cold in the living and still hot in the room even I turn on the AC switch for both zone.

the room & facilities were great--staff were very friendly & helpful--there was also a special $20 buffet breakfast we took up--good food--a good place to stay--close to all facilities

Good bits- Clean room and spacious Beds are comfy Great location- close to transport and dining Bad bits- Showers are terrible, in - bath and very low water pressure Didnt listen to request on bed configuration which was a shame

No hot water in the morning. When I spoke to reception about it they told me that was usually the case at peak hour most mornings.
