"Best Hilton Garden Inn I ever stayed in!"

This Hilton Garden Inn exceeded our expectations. Very sufficient and friendly staff. The hotel was very clean, with a very relaxing & quiet atmosphere. The on- site bar & restaurant was great. Buying the inclusion for made to order & all you can eat breakfast is well worth the inclusion price. Praise given to breakfast staff Jacob and Jessica. Their attention and friendliness was most appreciated and the food was excellent. Excellent made to order omelettes and French toast in particular. This hotel included a pleasant air scent throughout. I would highly recommend this hotel just outside of Charleston, near bridge, water taxi services nearby, also close to other Mount Pleasant attractions and restaurants. Great stay.

"No hot water"

We stayed Monday to Thursday. There wasn't any hot water. Surely it is fixed by now. Otherwise nice hotel.

Very friendly and accommodating staff, tgey were all very nice and helpful any time I asked for anything. I recommend adding the breakfast to your reservation, there is a small buffet but you can also order anything extra such as omelet, pancakes, waffle, french toast...The location is convenient to everything and we always had easy available parking and felt safe. Although the pool is small, it was always clean, never too many people but kids would always find someone to play with & had fun, plenty of chairs & seating. Rooms were small, still had everything we needed, mini fridge stays cold, has microwave, beds & pillows were comfy, loved the blackout blinds & curtains. Whenever I called for anything such as clean towels, tp, more coffee pods, the staff brought it right away. The 1 & only thing i would complain about are the luggage carriers are smaller and we had to use 2 to & go back & forth couple times as we couldn't fit everything on those type even though we packed light & only had duffle or tote bags. I loved this Hilton Garden Inn, very nice especially the staff deserves โ˜†โ˜†โ˜†โ˜†โ˜† Thank you & much appreciation!

There was no hot water. The staff should have offered everyone a complimentary breakfast, a small discount, or something. Also, the hotel has started charging $5 per night for parking. This is a suburban hotel with a large surface lot. The parking charge is absurd. I have stayed at this hotel many times over the years, but I will not be back.

The room and bathroom was clean. I could tell the bathroom had been cleaned due to the smell that it was nice and fresh. The people at the front desk was nice and friendly, and willing to help if needed. It was a nice stay.

"NO HOT WATER FOR 3 DAYS"

I did not have hot water for three days; although, I were told "we're working on it" and staff sent to room twice, but appeared to have no earthly idea of what to do. I have booked with The Hilton for years as an Honor member and have been exceptionally pleased with each of my many stays. However, this is a first and needles to say I have loss confidence with The Hilton GREATLY! All things considering, the highlight of my stay came when I spoke with Tyeshia regarding my discontent during stay due to having no hot water. She was outstanding! Tyeshia went above and beyond to provide support and attempt to resolve my issue while maintaining the front desk and attending to each customer that came to the front desk for assistance by herself while remaining professional, poised empathetic and calm all at the same time. Although, my issue(s) have not been resolved and attended to by upper management as of yet; I am Thankful for Tyeshia giving me some hope to continue trusting in the Hilton Brand!
