Was not able to check in. Arrived at 3pm no staff at counter waited 25 minutes and still staff was not available. As I was leaving 2 employees are entering, I asked what was happening and was informed that they were having a break and to come back in a hour. I expect to be refunded for the charge ! If I do not receive the refund I’m prepared to take legal action.

Pleasant Hilton staff for their awesome service and the sales manager Megan for her exceptional assistance in planning the details for our family reunion meet and greet. She went above and beyond, from arranging rooms with a seamless direct booking link. Her professionalism and dedication ensured everything was perfect. "Pay for Parking "

We were a bit upset that we had to pay to park at the hotel. It wasn't the amount ($10.00 for 2 days), but not knowing we had to pay. I believe that should be included in the cost. I had gone through Hotels.com, and I didn't realize that there was a huge charge for breakfast. $12 for a cold buffet or $16 for a hot meal. Quite an expense when there were 3 of us. The room was clean and the front desk receptionist were very friendly and helpful. There wasn't any coffee or ice water sitting out for guests.

"Great stay in Charleston SC due to hotel team."

Spent a few days at this property visiting Charleston, SC and had a very nice relaxing stay. The highlight of the stay was the breakfast experience. Jessica the AM server is a GEM. She made our stay there!!! She is interactive with the guests and is quick to offer service. The 4 days we were there saw her hustling to take care of her area. Working alongside her team mate Terry they made a nice team. Had dinner at hotel 1 nt as well, and Adrienne our server was very helpful as well, communicated with us regularly on the timing of our meal as there was a large party that was there at same time as us. My wife had the ribs and she loved them. I had the salmon which was very good as well. Lamar was our check-in FD Agent and he was very engaging and helpful as well.

Staying at this location was easy to get to Charleston on one side and Isle of Palms on the other side. Lots of places to eat. We were on the 3rd floor and was very quiet as the hotel seemed to be quiet full. The beds was very comfortable. They do have a restaurant at this facility but we didn't eat there. We wanted to see what was available in the city.
