Phillip Island Apartments

It was clean, great location, very comfortable, family friendly and quiet at night.

Not enough washing machine detergent, Not enough cutlery for a family of six.

We loved our apartment as it was spacious, immaculately clean and very comfortable. The beds were so comfortable as was the lounge furniture. We had a lovely outlook onto trees and watched the birdlife from the large windows. The heated pool was a huge bonus and the walk to town was 2 minutes.

Nothing it was perfect for our needs.

Perfect location, walking distance to everything! Staff were so helpful and friendly, comfortable beds.

Flies were extreme in the lobby and entering the room. No lifts, a bit hard with kids (prams).

Clean welcoming apartment with a great pool.

Security needs to be improved (swipe card installation) as anyone can access the facilities. Plus, our balcony (31) needs a renovation wood was old and had splinters and nail showing.

Location!

No lift to second floor! Stove was very difficult to use

Loved the location to the beach and central Cowes. Less than 5 minute walk to esplanade, shops, cafes and supermarkets.

There was a lot of outside noise from dogs barking next door and from the floor above with noisy kids. Unfortunately, the windows are single pane, and there is little insulation between floors and next door apartments. Also, we had an issue with a bathroom fan not working 😕 and if not for pegs i brought with me, the curtains didn't close properly at night letting in alot of light. Recommend ear plugs and eye masks (and pegs).
