Desk staff uninformed about service animals paperwork. She argued with me. Then she switched our room from a king to a double queen. She was rude and nasty. There was about 10 cars in the whole parking lot, so I know she took away our king room!!!!!!

Needs complete refurbishment. Beds terrible. Not clean

If I had an complaint it would be that the room was very small but definitely no deal breaker at all.

Breakfast was sufficient - prefer Scrambled Eggs, as a choice, but hard- boiled was OK!

Having an elevator is a must if first floor isn't available. I have mobility issues with stairs- there should be an Ice Machine on each floor, my room phone wasn't working- pulled the night stand out to check- the phone cord, switch plate had been pulled out of the wall and an Oreo wrapper was on the floor. Didn't take a shower because it was a tub with NO grab bars, very dangerous for someone with mobility, unsteadiness! I tried to do a Sponge Bath in the sink, but the spigot didn't work and some "black" pieces of something came up! UGH! and the Air Conditioner was too cold, impossible to read the small print on the Directions label!! Not a pleasant experience for our last night on the road!
