For the most part the Hotel and our room were great. The bathroom could really use an update, specifically the bathtub - loose tiles and moldy caulking around the tub. We enjoyed our stay otherwise.

Great location, great prices

I've stayed here many of times, this time room smelled musky & king size bed wasn't comfortable.

The stay was a spur of the moment deal and was quite good. I would recommend it to someone who is going to be in town for a few days. Very nice.

AmericInn by Wyndham was the only place that would give me a room at 0400. I’d planned to drive through the night and we were stormed out. We TRULY APPRECIATED their hospitality when no other lodging establishments had an availability. Thank you so much. We were able to get some sleep and safely get to our destination.

Had a decent breakfast.

Beds were terrible. I asked for extra towels after I stated I need a few and get one.

Perfect place to stay for the college World Series, was quick to everywhere we wanted to go in Omaha and Council Bluffs, the hotel was in good shape and staff was friendly, we will stay here again next time we come up.

I love the location. The cleanliness of the property. The breakfast is my favorite part.

Pool is not heated. I do prefer it to have the chill taken off but it is a nice pool.

We stayed here one night. The room reeked of weed. There were a couple stains on the bed blanket and sheets. The entire room was very dirty, as if it hadn’t been vacuumed or wiped down in a long time. There was dirt, food, and even garbage on the ground, the phone and tabletops had dirt and grime on them. The door lock latch also was broken and could not be used to lock the door! However, the staff were helpful and kind.

The room was not the cleanest. It was an older hotel. The bed was very loud. The pool was older and not very warm water. The staff was very helpful and welcoming.

The hotel staff are friendly and the breakfast is decent. The hotel is a bit old.
