Run down property. Rooms felt damp. Slow shower drain but good water pressure.

older hotel but very clean, rooms were cold and the employees were super nice!! for the price and easy location would stay here again!

Bed was comfortable and pillows. Bath tub had black mold in the grout and tiles around baseboards were dirty. Breakfast was not good .

Rick was very helpful. I left something very important in hotel and Rick helped find the items and mailed them to my house free of charge.

It was good. The room was dated but very clean. We did not eat breakfast at the hotel as the options did not work for us.

It was by shopping. The shower pressure was great.

The a/c didn't work right. I know it was 100 outside but even at night it didn't cool down the room. Also the beds were very noisy. If you turned in bed it sounded like you were coming through the wall. Just didn't sleep well and sweat in the room. Had to buy a fan to try and cool it off.

Check in and check out was a very smooth process. Friendly staff.

I paid $160 plus an extra $40 for a pet fee on pets I didn’t have…..I saw the extra charge and when I reported it to corporate, the person from the motel sent me the rudest email. The room had a faint odor of old cigarette smell as did the hallways and my friends room which can only be from the filthy carpet needing to be replaced, old mattresses, curtains and need of paint. There was mold on the beading in tubs, I only used bathroom to brush my teeth. I used my own towel. The bed was clean but when you moved the entire frame knocked against thee wall. Worst experience ever and I travel the world extensively.

We were in the Omaha area for the college world series and all of the Omaha hotels were very expensive, so we decided to make the short drive Council Bluffs. This hotel is closer to Schwab Field than most of the west Omaha places which makes it a no brainer for those seeking the combination of affordable but still convenient.

The staff was the best part of this property. They were kind, considerate and whatever the customer wanted they tried to provide.
