Location was perfect

Shower had no pressure couldn't hardly wash hair , tv is way too small, vending was totally empty of drinks, bed was uncomfortable, pillows are worn out, breakfast wasn't provided as stated. Went to get coffee and there wasn't anything, only thing available was waffles to make but nothing provided to put them on. I had stayed at this hotel before and it was nice, now it seriously lacks maintenance and amenities

Well origins or at first were accommodating but then dye to blizzard was stuck and wasnt even shoveled out to get to car ir oavk uo to leave was past check out hy 2mins was told 100 dollar deposit would be returned but still waiting..... small pool no hit tub and left wing was not very clean 😕

Everything after being stuck a day longer and not getting refund back on the deposit as promised

Was told their was a crib available upon request, there wasn’t, the lady at the desk was rude, we were there for maybe an hour and checked out and found somewhere that could accommodate us and our 1 year old child.

We were very happy with the facility and the staff. The price was awesome.

Somewhere we must have missed what we needed to do for housekeeping, No new towels in the three days we were there, but that could have been our fault.
