The arking lot needs work

Absolutely nothing.

Breakfast, Three coffee pots, all empty. There was tea, but no hot water. The orange juice and apple juice machine was empty, they had cereal, but no milk. The only viable food was waffles and biscuits and gravy. We waited for a half hour, no one ever showed up to even check the room. The room smelled strongly of chlorine, to be fair, we were close to the pool. The A.C. thermostat did not work properly, when the room cooled and it shut off, it would not come back on. We woke repeatedly during the night having to get up and turn the unit back on. The hair dryer did not work, we called and they came and removed it. After our grandchildren swam we called and asked for the replacement, we were told maintenance said they may need to go buy one. After an hour + they returned with one.

Room was good size

Dirty, smelled very bad.

We were early at 8 am & coffee gone

Better breakfast and chech in staff

Could hear tv in adjoining room Musty smell to room In the tub/shower - the shower pull tab was leaking & had a whistling noise while I showered.

Le lit bébé disponible, proposé dans les filtres Booking, était l'une des principales raisons de notre choix ; une fois arrivé, le personnel nous a informé que l'hôtel ne disposait d'aucun lit bébé (tout simplement pas, même pas en raison d'un manque de lits dû à la mise à disposition d'autres familles). Nous voyagions avec notre bébé de 8 mois.
