The staff is friendly from the people working the desk at to the lady cleaning the room. Breakfast was basic but tasted good. The hotel was really clean. I was pleasantly surprised.

The pool was a bit on the chilly side.

"Ok for a night and convenient for Adventureland and Outlet Mall shopping."

It was a convenient location and the beds were clean and comfortable. Check-in and out were easy, and breakfast was included. The biscuits and gravy were great.

The entrance to the property was not marked, so we had to circle around a few times to figure it out. The area was a little rough, and a main floor room in the front had a broken window that hadn’t been cleaned up or repaired. The hotel had been “updated” inside, but the finishes were poorly done and maintenance was not kept up. In the morning the housekeeping carts blocked the narrow walkway. Breakfast had very limited options and a very small area.
