Quality Inn & Suites Ankeny-Des Moines

I just stayed one night on a road trip. However, the staff were very nice and the room was quite comfortable. Zero complaints!!

A short but sweet stay. We were warmly welcomed. The room was clean and well maintained. And the morning breakfast was especially pleasant for the rate we paid (biscuits and gravy, potatoes, and a waffle bar).

This hotel was dirty. You walk in and all you smell is air freshener and an old smell in the first floor hallway. There was no one available to assist us we had to wait for the attendant to come in from outside. She watched us walk in. There was a big bug in our room. The floor was extremely dirty. My socks were so black after walking on it. Full parking we almost didn’t get a parking spot both nights that we stayed. The food options are limited and the dining area is very small. The bed was loud but it was okay. When we tried to check out I had to wait 15 minutes because there was no attendant. Bad experience. I will not be coming back.

Dirty establishment. The floors are extremely dirty. Attendants are barely around. Air freshener is blasted through the hall ways.

They had the same thing bisuts and gravy every morning. There was no TV in the breakfast area or check in area. The TV in my room kept going off line. The grout in the tub was gone - looked terrible to take a shower. No chair in the room under the desk!

Our original room smelled like smoke. So we switched rooms and it wasn't much better. Toilet seat was broken. Beds weren't comfortable just a bad experience overall
