"definitely not 4 star worthy"

So disappointed. I wanted to get a nicer place for the last leg of a very long business trip. Should have went with the Hampton in Des Moines! The bed here is just average, not "super comfy". We walked into a dated musty smelling room. It was late so we just turned in the air and went to sleep. Woke up to find the fridge leaks and totally soaked all our changes of clothes. Complained to the front desk who did nothing for us but thanked me for letting him know so they could make sure the next guest didn't have a problem. Seriously? So glad you care about them, but what about us?! Will never choose a Quality Inn over a Hampton again!

The staff was excellent... wish they would start holding seminars around the country to show others in the "people business" how it is done! Very clean room and very comfortable bed.

"Above and beyond"

Got in really late and check in was really fast and pain free. Front clerk Michelle was very nice. Got down for breakfast an hr late but they still allowed us to eat. Bed was comfy, room was clean.

"Great Hotel..excellent staff and breakfast"

The hotel was good. Maybe a little better than average, but the staff that we dealt with made it excellent. I didn't get a name but the night desk man was great. Also, the breakfast was one of the best I've had at any hotel. We were very happy. Thanks for improving our trip!

"Soccer mom on a Budget"

Considering I just paid $170 (before taxes) a night at a hotel for a week in Sioux Falls, SD (price gouged due to regional soccer tournament), it was nice to pay only $100 (including taxes) and have the same amazing customer service with an even better breakfast. This is a hidden gem so to speak. The staff is incredibly friendly, rooms were super clean and comfortable, and location is great all for a reasonable price!
