Looks a little ratchet but it’s a good place if you just need somewhere to come back to and sleep and the complimentary breakfast is good!

"Hard, uncomfortable bed"

Hotel was clean, customer service was efficient, local was decent, hotel was pretty quite with no major disruptions. However, the king size bed was really hard and I struggled to sleep. I finally decided to stop tossing and turning at 4:30 a.m. and just got up for the day. My back ached and that is not typical for me. Air was also very dry. The heat/air conditioning unit runs continuously and the air is directed right at the bed.

The hotel staff was some of the best ever - Barry at the front desk was friendly and asked about my travels. The hotel is easy to get off/on I-80 and although it's an older hotel, the facility is clean and comfortable. The staff member in the morning was making eggs during breakfast (I think another couple had requested fried eggs from him?) and he asked if I wanted any eggs, which was awesome to have quality service like that! I'd definitely stay here again when traveling this way, and encourage folks I know to stay at this Quality Inn & Suites.

"A good, clean, quite place to rest."

Had a very good stay and there is a Cracker Barrel nearby as well as a Grill called Thunder Bay that had a great variety of lunches and dinner to choose from. The breakfast at the hotel was great, good variety and plenty of everything they offered. The manager did tell us that we could have saved a lot of money by just calling them directly to make our reservation!!!!

Room had off musty odor and was smaller than expected. Dining room small, crowded, hot. Hours open for breakfast were too early when traveling with children.
