"I love my stays at the palm Royale"

Access is easy but very secure

Difficulty access front foyer and reception with a wheelie walker or chair. No ramp access.

The pool is gorgeous looking. The staff were very friendly and helpful

The pool was very cold, the rooms were dark, insufficient lighting. There were not enough PowerPoint's, and they were in difficult locations (behind the bed) which meant you couldn't charge your phone or device next to the bed.

The reception staff were great, the room was very clean.

The room wasn't very dark at night,the out side light shone through the shutters into the room.

Clean and central for what I needed

Having stayed there several times I am somewhat miffed at there receptionist requesting a dollar transaction on my credit card that’s not refundable and serves no purpose. I have experienced this a few times with hotels and find it unprofessional at best. Lack of parking is also another big issue
