The art is cool.

They refused to move me to a new room even though I was promised a specific room for my birthday… they put me in 201 and it had bed bugs.

Good location but found cockroaches in the room so immediately left. Hard to get in touch with customer service to get a refund

No A/C and no fans provided, very thin walls with minimal insulation.

Noisy

Funky, old hotel in great location. No front desk personnel - entrance and room key all digital. We knew the room would be small but no lamps or reading lights - just an obnoxiously bright ceiling light. No air-conditioning - the room was HOT. No chairs or place to sit other than on the beds. And the TV didn't work - no internet connection. Overall the 2-night stay was passible but definitely not comfortable. Also, rooms on the Rush St. side are very loud - not recommended.

Pour la chambre : la douche avec le rideau un peu collant dans la baignoire et de ne pas pouvoir ouvrir plus grand les fenêtres Pour l'extérieur : les clients du bar situé en dessous de notre chambre pouvaient faire du bruit à l'extérieur jusqu'à 03h00

This hotel could Really use concierge but does have and forces you to use an app. I stood there in lobby for 6 mins waiting concierge but and help from the janitor. The hotel it self is of but could use some remodeling. Small but average for SF.

I loved the art on the walls and the bed was comfortable. The shows on the TV were awesome and the soaps and shampoo were nice to use.

The windows didnt open very wide and it would be amazing to have a fan or air-conditioning as it did get hot during the day and night. The only other thing would be great is maybe more forks and knives and paper plates in the common. area. Also it is strange for the bar to open directly into the hotel without a code. Anyone can come in from the bar and rome the hotel without needing a code to get in.
