They charged for parking, the refrigerator was not working, no microwave, no action taken even after refrigerator complained, only one bed for three was not enough, no mattress extra was provided

The motel was near our Boston family memers. Less than 1/2 mile from the “T”

The limited mobility room shower area was extremely slippery, including the cushioned seat. I fell off that sear and hand to be helped up to my feet. We bought a rubber shower mat so I could take showers.

The staff was amazing and very helpful. Location near by an outdoor mall, perfect for shopping. The hôtel is close to à central metro line that takes you directly to down town.

The hotel is clean overall but needs upgrades.
