Comfy beds. Ez walk to the T. Good breakfast.

Strong chemical smell from cleaning products.

Beds and bathrooms are clean, breakfast is good.

WiFi does not work, spent an hour on the phone with customer support to no avail for my laptop. Building is old and needs fixing. Carpets are old and have a weird smell. Things in the room were broken like the shower and wardrobe handles. Have to flip a wall switch for the TV to work, but no one told us that when we checked in. Had to call the front desk to say we had no internet or TV. Will never go back to stay there ever again.

Mattress was terrible and needs to be replaced. Sunken in the middle.

The inn is in a good location, within walking distance of Assembly Row, where there are many shops and restaurants. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean enough though I think every hotel room in the country should just have fake wood floors instead of carpets at this point. Easily accessible on/off the highway.

I didn't really like the carpeting, and the decor is dated. The front desk experience was a little bit slow.
