Park Royal Homestay Los Cabos

This place is in a very quiet and tranquile area, close to shoping mall, cafes, restaurants, the staff is really nice, and you can sleep very well. Is a place to just sleep and relax, you will need a car to go to the beach, city center and other more turistic places.

Not very handicapped accessible. Telephoned before going to determine if accessible for a wheelchair and was told that it was . Booked 2 rooms thru RCI. Sister speaks Spanish so she telephoned a few times to confirm accessibility. Could barely get wheelchair in room. Once in room could not get into bathroom or bedroom. Had to have staff remove doors . Even then, toilet and shower and sink not correctly positioned for use by an individual in a wheelchair. Unable to shower for a week. 2nd last night offered us the studio unit , adjacent to our room which was the 2nd bedroom lock off of our unit....and guess what, it was accessible. too little too late. That said the worse part was the ramps to and from rooms and to pool areas. Downright dangerous because they were so steep. Must say though, that if you needed something and you could make your way to front desk, the staff was very accommodating. Bottled water was supposed to be provided daily but most days it was not left and had to visit front desk to get it. Need phones in rooms to get help if needed. Not everyone travels with cell phones . Not on the ocean , but liked the location near golf course and grocery stores and many restaurants. On site restaurant was ok and happy hour drinks were good.

Nice play to stay

First time not on beachfront...last minute trip and it had everything we needed and some pleasant surprises....really good food and drinks on site....super friendly, every day great cleaning of rooms, prompt service with any request re extra blanket or towells etc. Warm pool and pretty quiet, great location, close to stores and beach and restaurants. I would definitely recommend for anyone not wanting to break the bank for your hotel rooms!

Park Royal is a decent property, nice pool, clean, good locations, good staff but dated rooms...

The rooms are adequate. The beds are not great. The units are slightly dated. The rooms are clean, the staff is helpful they speak some English. The food is great at the one restaurant on site. The pool is clean and adequate. It’s simple small kitchenette with limited supplies. Air conditioning works. Tv and stations all Spanish and basic. Ok location, not on ocean but on a nice golf course. Parking is adequate.

great location - close to all amenities, beach, stores, golf, restaurants but very quiet (no noise). Small resort perfect amount of people. Room cleanliness and appliances needs to improve.

Unreliable hot water otherwise everything else was excellent

It took over an hour to get into my room I was a day late and the room I went in was so bad with the smell of bug spray. The front desk lied and said it was newly painted. I know the diffrence between bug spray and paint. It was dead roaches on the floors and steps of the unit. I asked to be moved to another unit. This unit is full of mold and the locks on the doors were broken. I had to get the front desk to get if fixed. All the furniture is full of stains and tears. There's no phones. You have to walk to the front desk if you need anything, The resturant area the credit card machine was always broken. It is a mess. I don't know how this place is part of the RCI network
