Sehr gute Lage, alles relativ gut fußläufig zu erreichen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück wirklich gut und ausreichend. Es gab richtige Tassen, kein Plastik oder Pappgeschirr. Uns hat es hier sehr gut gefallen.

Die Klimaanlage war etwas laut und der Parkplatz relativ teuer. Ansonsten haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Confusing hotel design. Had unexplained charges at time of checkout that I had to call back for (did not receive an answer to what they were). There was construction/maintenance going on in our wall early in the morning. Service was a mixed bag - was greeted by both extremely friendly receptionists and also unfriendly.

The location was great, short walk to the arena!

Our room was awful. The window wasn't sealed properly, so outdoor noise (traffic) made it hard to sleep. The bathroom had a constant leak in the shower.
