Hyatt House Dallas Uptown

I liked the spaciousness of the suite and the location.

The roof of the shower had a leak that was being held together by the paint job. We warned front desk about it before it bursted all over the bathroom floor, thankfully none of my belongings were in there. When the maintenance man came to fix it through the lid above the shower the leak was resolved, but the lid was not properly secured. We called front desk and they told us they’d send someone immediately but no one came. When we were asked for our stay to be financially amended in some sort of way they offered us free parking even though we parked at a totally different garage due to their insane daily parking fee($50)! They offered us another night to be “discounted” through their parent site but when I compared the price they were offering it was almost identical to the price Booking.com would offer. We were totally blown off by front desk and they acted like they couldn’t even be bothered even though they weren’t busy with other guests and there was debris and the ceiling tile all in our bathtub we weren’t able to use! Wires were hanging from it so we couldn’t even take a shower before we left without the fear of possibly being shocked. It’s a shame because when we arrived we were doting on how nice the suite was but the way we were treated by front desk was unacceptable. The bartender was really cool and took care of us while decided to hang out by the pool when we arrived. Will not be returning to this location, hospitality was almost none existent here. We were treated like a nuisance even though we couldn’t even use a major amenity and received poor service. Most places would give a refund or at least properly fix the issue at hand. Please do better.

Property was in a good location not to far from everything.

The bed was uncomfortable and the room AC wasn't working so it was extremely warm finally we had to resort to just opening the window .

A recepção não explica nada , , não limparam o quarto , no check out fiquei sabendo que tinha que pedir para limpar porque reclamei , o serviço da recepção deixou a desejar .

Chambre très confortable et très grande

Excellent location. Parking garage is NOT secure. Budget situation but underwhelming care and maintenance of room basics - toilet handle, shower caulking, roller shade upkeep. Basically clean but the “worn” vibe in our room, hallways and pool area were disappointing for a Hyatt brand hotel. Breakfast service was great. Quality of the food offerings, meh.

Staff is friendly and welcoming. Beds are comfy and the suite rooms have what you need for a longer stay. Breakfast is included and worth going down for. Beware that parking is 35$ a day on top of the room and housekeeping doesn’t come regularly. Nice pool and hot tub. Close to some great restaurants.
