Clean, quiet and comfortable with good service. One thing that could have been better was breakfast. The oatmeal did not look appetizing.
Good service, clean and well kept facilities but unfortunately loud thunderous footsteps and door slamming in room above us several times during the night. NO SLEEP!
The hotel is conveniently located close to the freeway, shopping and dining. The room faces the river and there was a balcony with chairs to sit and watch the racing River and people taking advantage of the paved trail along the river. It was very clean, spacious with a small couch, small refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker. Bed and linens were comfortable, there was plenty of lighting and had a wireless charger on the bedside. The stay came with a free breakfast that was great and a free drink in the bar in the early evening. Front desk and house keeping were friendly and helpful.
My stay here was okay. The location seemed a little sketchy. The hotel backs up to a walking path but locals advised me not to walk there. The property is in need of updating. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet, but the bathroom needed maintenance - the spout in the bathtub was coming away from the wall. Breakfast was average, with a decent choice of food. The hotel seemed clean and the staff was very friendly. The nightly "dinner" was advertised as a "snack" during my time there. The price was very reasonable, but I stayed in a different hotel when I was in Yakima again. It is near a Walmart, should you need supplies, and there are low lying mountains behind it that are nice to look at if you have a back room.

No overhead lighting and one lamp that didn't work, so the lighting wasn't very good.
USGreat breakfast! Great walking/bike trail right behind the hotel with the river right behind that. Most of the rooms faced the river, away from the car traffic, which was nice. Very close to the freeway, making it very convenient.
Bathroom fan ran 24/7 with no way to turn it off.
The staff is familiar, consistent, and very efficient. Frank at the front desk does a great job at a swift check-in. Anise gets beverages in front of you quickly, and you’ve never seen such spotless glassware! Nicely appointed rooms that are clean, clean. This isn’t my first stay and won’t be my last.

The room was gross and dirty. The water never got hot. Everything was outdated. For what we got, $300 foot one night is crazy. Breakfast was not great either.
