Staybridge Suites-Knoxville Oak Ridge by IHG

Hotel is easy to get to and conveniently located near dining and shopping. Facility is clean and well maintained. Staff is friendly and helpful. I would suggest this hotel for any business travel to the area.

Stayed in a clean comfortable suite for a work trip. They had a great hot breakfast that offered waffles, eggs, and rotating other hot and cold items. Free strong WiFi. Lots of great restaurants nearby. Gym with a stair climber, elliptical, treadmill, and yoga mats. Indoor pool with a lift chair for disabled guests. Laundry. Would stay here again.

Clean and nice. But there are no vending areas with ice machines on each floor. We had to use the soda machine for ice on the first floor. We were on the third floor, so getting ice wasn't convenient. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. Having to go through Outback's parking lot to get to the hotel was weird.

Comfort and services, I was very satisfied with our two night stay. The lady that handled the breakfast services was exceptional and extremely helpful. Nice property, highly recommend this property

The room was clean, attractive, and quiet. Couldn't have asked for nicer accomodations :)

My husband and I stayed at this property on a long term job assignment. It was a wonderful stay. Highlights of the hotel: free washer & dryers, free dinner Monday through Thursday (Chris is an excellent Chef) along with free beer on tap. Free breakfast each morning, indoor swimming pool, conveniently located in Oakridge and only 15 minutes from Knoxville. Excellent housekeeping services. The hotel is newly remodeled and the decor is beautiful. The beds and pillows offer a very good night sleep. Each room has a stove top to cook on with pot, pans, and dishes along with a full refrigerator. The General Manager Misty and Co Manager Heather were very kind and Friendly. Both Ladies were very easy to work with. Our stay was relaxing and comfortable, it was truly home away from home. Can’t wait to return for another stay. Rob & Bridgette

We stayed at the Staybridge for a month and a half. Donna at the front desk was always friendly and had treats for our dog who would want to visit her daily. Heather in the dining area was great and always making sure the food was fresh and stocked, she just made each meal we spend there a better experience. All housekeeping were great and kept up the room wonderful, Destiny went above and beyond every day she worked making sure our stay went smooth and our room had everything we needed. Brad in maintenance was great at his job but also very helpful on places to go around town for a hike or just sightsee. We also had above and beyond help from many other staff that we cannot thank enough. Bed was very comfortable and linens were nice. The only negative things that I can say are, cooking in the kitchenette was difficult, products they provide are cheap and some just don’t work. Towels are not plush, room is dated. The workers made the stay pleasant and any downfalls were overlooked due to all the positives.

Well there was two things i didn't like. The bathroom didn't have a door which made me feel a little exposed secondly there was no way of closing the blinds to darken the room.

Hotel has no visible sign showing how to enter from the main road. crazy situation as they have the normal entry blocked. You must drive thru the OutBack Steakhouse parking lot. Item 2 is the small size of the breakfast eating area. We have to stand around waiting for a seat on both Saturday and Sunday morning. The food selection was 'ordinary'

Great hotel with full amenities. Very friendly and helpful staff. Was upgraded upon check-in. A great place to stay with everything a traveler could want including being close to all shopping areas and lots of restaurants.
