Staybridge Suites-Knoxville Oak Ridge by IHG

Fantastic hotel. Was amazed at the spaciousness of our room. We were on the first floor and our ceilings had to be at least 12’ high. Made our room feel so much bigger than it was. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Asked for late check out of 2 hours and was refused.

Loved the kitchen in room, Ice machine in refrigerator but ice making is slow but one of the staff got me more ice when I needed it

I am very optimistic usually, but in this case I was truly disappointed. So where do I start ? The kitchen staff was rude to customers and the food was horrible, The hotel personnel complained about our pet because of their pet cats located outside the hotel being barked at by our dog, The hotel personnel used profanity while in the presence of customers. The TV's in the whole hotel did not work correctly ( They must use down channel button only to find you desired channel) and there were more that I will not discuss. I was on business and stayed there for Two weeks and will not again. The cleanliness of the hotel was very nice, maintaining the Staybridge standards.

A bit pricey but in this case you get what you pay for. Beautiful place, quiet, lots of breakfast selection. FYI, watch for non refundable prepayment though

Very inviting and comfortable. The room was clean and quiet, the bed comfortable. I would like to mention that the front desk staff was often absent and could be more attentive and friendly (several staff, not only one). The young lady was friendly and cheerful, none of the others though. A charging port at the bedside table would be a nice improvement.

We were coming from Florida and very tired. The staff was extremely friendly. The room was so spacious and we were able to get the rest we needed

My wife & I stayed here for a couple nights in business. The hotel was very nice. It is tucked back off the main highway and you have to access it via a shared drive with a restaurant. We were greeted promptly and check in was smooth. The room was nice, 2 burner stove top, apartment sized frig, w/ice maker, plates, silverware, wine glasses. Desk, love seat & breakfast bar. The Dining room was nice, good food choices, nicely prepared, simple but good salad bar + beer and soft drinks. Chris was the dining room chef in the evening. His meals were tasty and included beer (Dos Equis and Bud Light). The breakfast was pretty standard hotel fare but still good. Larry, the evening desk attendant was very good. I called down one evening to advise that the chain to the toilet flush handle had broken. A short time later he came up with some tools and a replacement flush kit and fixed it right then & there. Thanks Larry, good job! As a note, I write the name of staff members down that do a good job when I’m staying at a hotel. If they’ve given good service, they deserve the recognition.

Nice place. Tons of room, two bedrooms, two full bathrooms and a kitchenette. Breakfast was plentiful. Would probably be a great place for an extended stay.

I really enjoyed this hotel. Lots of folks from work stay here when they travel and I can see why. The rooms are spacious with good amenities. The bed was comfy and so were the pillows. The minor issues are parking can be tough. It's just not a big lot. And, their breakfast was rather limited for an extended stay place; I've stayed at other properties that have a much larger selection. Plus, the seating in the lounge is way too small and it won't fit everyone trying to eat.
