We had an excellent suite, and the staff was very helpful. Would highly recommend.

Worst Hotel we have ever stayed. We stayed in room 514. When we walked in we instantly gagged. This room smelled like a large, wet animal had stayed in the room without ever being let out. It was dreadful. We were offered a bottle of Febreze to fix it. We went to Walmart and bought $100 of cleaning supplies and nothing worked. We asked for another room and none were available. They were aware of the problem and apologized. Said they had replaced the carpet and curtains. It was probably on the walls, air vents and couch. We left very early in the morning and found another hotel. They would not refund the second night. The room was the worst I have ever stayed in. Ot was unacceptable that they knew of the problem and still tried to put people there. Yuck! Avoid this hotel

We stayed in room 514. When we walked in it had such an awful smell we were all taken back. It smelled awful - like a big animal had been kept in there and not let out for weeks. We went down and asked for any other room. They had none. They gave us a spray bottle of Febreze and offered to come up in the morning to fix it. We went to Walmart and spent over $100 to try to make it better. Nobody slept all night. The next morning a different hotel member said they had numerous complaints and had replaced the carpet and drapes. It clearly was not enough. They should never have rented out this room. They should have done anything to try to fix this. There is no way anyone could stay in this room. There was trash in the hallways that was left the entire time we were there along with dirty towels outside a room. This hotel was dirty. They had the nerve to charge us a $75 dollar pet fee - for what? There is nothing our 8 pound dog could have done to this room to make it any worse. We found another room for Saturday night. Even though the room was not inhabitable and they could do nothing to fix it they would not refund our money for the second night. This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in by far.

Great place

I called the property prior to booking and inquired on the pool and was advised it was open and functioning. Upon arriving only to learn that it was not open and closed for maintenance. I had to disappoint a birthday boy whom thought it was having a small family pool party indoors for his birthday.

Good clean spot with a kitchen. Pet friendly.

Room was smaller than I expected, room was to cluttered with furniture, had to watch where I walked to make sure I didn't trip. I expected a king bed with a hide a bed couch, that would comfortably fit 4 guest. Room had two double beds, couch was just a couch. Just not what I expected but might work out for other traveling guest. I currently have a charge of 10.00 on my credit card that I wasn't told would be there. Hopefully it will be refunded to me

Just a beautiful hotel in Oak Ridge. Great location, good breakfast, family friendly.
