Staff were friendly

Felt tired and old. Looks like it needed a good scrub.

The staff was lovely, the view was breathtaking taking. The smell of wooden fire was beautiful. Lovely walk around the resort, the pool was beautiful.

The bed wasn't comfortable. And the TV channels / entertainment were very limited.

Our Family loved the check in, buffet breakfast and all the amenities that the resort had to offer. We enjoyed the pizza restaurant the first night and the Golf Club dining the second night. Our highlight was the Rainbow Slide!

There were some additional costs for kids activities that weren't included in the stay, that I wasn't aware of prior to checking in.

Great location and the restaurant meal was very good. We enjoyed the cafe and the fireplace and the room was spacious and comfortable

The balcony was in bad disrepair and so were other parts of the building. The whiskey bar wasn’t open and neither was the store until the end of the week. The steam room was broken but the rest of the spa was beautiful. Warning about things only being open should be clear on the website please

Beautiful location, great on site facilities, extremely comfortable room and bed.

Parking options for guests staying at the property are poorly laid out. There were no robes and slippers initially provided in the room, however were provided upon revealing this to a passing cleaner. Ordered room service and waited 25 minutes for hot chips and a bucket of ice, for no bucket of ice to arrive and the chips being stone cold. (The meal was compensated and replaced free of charge upon expressing displeasure.) I have very mixed feelings about how much money I spent on that room, for the service I ended up receiving. It should’ve been better

Lots to do and pretty and peaceful

The bed was uncomfortable It took 30 mins to get our drinks after we ordered. The staff member was lovely. But one bar person for over 100 people was terribly unreasonable for your staff member. We really felt for her. She was not the problem. Poor management for not noticing she was in need of assistance. The shop was closed for most of our stay. The morning we noticed it was open we were keen to go back and have a look after brunch. By the time we got back it was closed. Nowhere was there any opening hours sign.
