Grand Decameron Montego Beach, A Trademark All-Inclusive Resort

I went here solo and had a great time! I didn’t have one complaint, the room and view was amazing the food was good every night except one night and there’s so. Itch to do around the area I absolutely loved it

I was highly disappointed that Jamaican food was only on selected days. The options for the food on my travel was horrible and limited. Property location was great and had beautiful beach area.

The floor in the room was not clean, toilet seat was broken and maintenance came to fixit it. Dirt coming from the bathroom vent. Dirty bathtub with no bath mat. Broken tiles under the bathroom sink. Not enough towels and toiletries. The food was ok but nothing exceptional. The staff was pleasant and professional.

This was, without question, one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I have ever had. From the moment I stepped into the room, I was hit with a stale, moldy odor that made it clear cleanliness was not a priority here but I think house keeping tried their best with what they have which is not much. The floors were damp, the furniture stained the lamps moldy and the bathroom was downright disgusting. The tub was stained, the drain clogged, and the tiles so grimy. I didn’t even feel comfortable standing barefoot. Towels were thin and black shade unusable, damp, and smelled sour, as though they hadn’t been properly washed. Thank god I took a few face cloth from our previous hotel that we were able to use. The food was equally dreadful. Lukewarm, bland, and clearly low quality, it often looked like it had been sitting out for hours. Breakfast was dreadful I wouldn’t feed half of it to a stray animal. The only saving grace was the entertainment staff, who were friendly, energetic, and worked hard to keep guests engaged despite the miserable conditions. The bar staff could also be pleasant—but only once you tipped, after which they suddenly became far more attentive. If you value cleanliness, edible food, and basic hospitality, save yourself the money and the disappointment. No matter how nice the entertainment is, nothing can make up for the filth and poor quality of this hotel. So sad because I use to work at the resort 20 years ago and I was saddened to see the state.

The property was good overall, just one complaint I have I book a king bed and I got two double beds instead that was a bummer for me.

The staff need to be more accommodating to the guest to enhance their experiences. Rooms and bathroom needs updating , looks very old and dirty fir the price paid. Dinner buffet need more variety and better appearance.

Check in was horrible. They said check in starts at 3pm. I got the rooms 6pm. They only had one restaurant opened on site with 3 separate hotels join together. The restaurant was completed booked

The nightly entertainments were all good and the staff at the bar are friendly overall great place to stay including the beach area

The front desk staff were very professional and welcoming. Unfortunately the room did not have towels when I checked in. I asked a member if the housekeeping staff for towels but she said they were out of towels. I was shocked! The poolside and bar drinks were good. I was a bit disappointed by the food offerings and the wait time for drinks in the buffet area. I wish they offered curry chicken curry goat or salmon.
