Comfortable, convenient and welcoming property. Staff were very hospitable with fantastic customer service!

The property was safe i didn't like the quality of the food. The bathroom needed to be upgraded and the appeared to be mold present.

Front desk had no manners and my husband was treated bad in his own country. Didnt like how they treat him over foreigners. I got treated better because i was from the UK.

Ive stay at this property a few times. Renovations are coming along. Food was good. The staff was professional. My check in was a little bit longer than usual. My suggestion would be that when a room isn’t ready and a guest is waiting, instead of having the guest come back n forth to check, they should take a contact number or text the guest that the room is ready. This would prevent what I went though. Kept checking, it wasn't ready n sat in the waiting room for an hour longer than necessary because no one told me It was ready at that point.

It’s definitely a convenient centralized resort. Margaritaville and lounge 2727 is located down the street. The room can use a bit work. The dining, entertainment, and beach was great. The pools need some work it’s very dirty with bugs.
