My stay was perfect and easy, everything clean and well presented. What has impressed me was the service I’ve received after I left the hotel when I realized that I left something behind. They have gone above and beyond to help me.

Very nice hotel. The only thing I noticed was a sewage smell at times. It was raining for few days so it may have been related to this, but we were on the 4th floor and could smell the odor the last two nights and days we stayed there. Otherwise, the facility was nicely decorated, staff was very attentive, and food was good. The food was a little too expensive for the selection but otherwise nice. I would stay there again if I return to Luxembourg.

The service was outstanding and their attention to detail was impressive. I especially felt welcomed by Abel.

Peace and quiet of the city was wonderful though there was a little road noise outside the hotel. The Sunday Brunch is highly recommended but advisable to book in advance as it is very popular - when you imagine the food has finished it hasn’t so pace yourself.

The staff were amazingly friendly and helpful. The facility was beautiful and very luxurious.

Not a 5* hotel as we know it. Just a very busy business hotel that is very over priced. 500 euros for a standard room on a Tuesday without breakfast. We felt it was a rip off and certainly not worth the money. We have stayed in Luxembourg recently at a nicer 4* hotel for half the price. When we asked if breakfast was included at that extortionate rate, they said no and would not include it in our package unless we paid a further 30 euros per person. We therefore found a cafe outside of the hotel, which is easy, and had breakfast there which was much cheaper.

Love everything about the hotel except the spa. Steam room was out of service. The spa is not that great as it looks in the pictures. They don't keep the floor dry at the spa. The spa area needs more attention in the cleaning and neatness department.

The staff here are amazing. I felt like I was staying at a 5 star hotel. They were able to coordinate receiving my lost suitcase and had it brought to my room while I was out for the day, provided turndown service, and on one occasion when I spent the day in my room called to check in and ask if I needed service. I loved the high-tech panel by the door which controls the do not disturb lights, and the towel warmer in the bathroom. I would absolutely stay here again.
