The hotel was centrally located, there was a lot of restaurants and shopping.

The room served its purpose

The walls were paper thin and you could hear everything going on in the room beside us. The toilet was clogged after we came back from being gone all day and had to call maintenance at 10pm at night and he was inexperienced and was in no rush. My 18 month old grandson was sleepy and so it was getting irritating waiting for this issue to be resolved.

The location was ideal - close to the event I was attending, was surrounded by lots of great shopping opportunities and great restaurants and the wweather was perfect.

Great location, close to everything. I love that there was room service for breakfast lunch and dinner.

Our AC seemed to not be working properly. We had it set on 68 and it never would turn on to cool down. We went back to get a teddy bear that was left in the room, only had been gone for about 30 minutes to an hour and they were cleaning the room and stated they hadn’t seen the teddy bear.

Randy at the coffee kiosk was really friendly & helpful - his cheerfulness was always a great start to the day! Check-in and check-out could have been smoother due to some technical issues, but the staff were generally helpful & communicated well. Bar staff were friendly, food was good. Some traffic noise (room on highway side), but otherwise quiet. Room itself very nice.

Andrew Green is by far the best Bartender and I travel 11 states in the south. Always remembers me what I like and is just a great guy and the two people at the front desk david crow John Alvarez were so inviting upon checking just a wonderful experience and these three employees make my experience so much better than it could be I truly appreciate the treatment Thank you 5 stars every time

Great location, close to freeway and restaurants. The hotel itself could use some freshening up, especially the rooms. The executive lounge didn't seem as executive as other properties. The breakfast buffet had quality items. Hand sanitizing stations should be in the restaurant.

Ashley was awesome and made our stay great! She was able to solve a problem real quick and get us in! She is awesome!

Ashley with the cool butterfly nails was so helpful to change my room out because it was incorrect initially and also returned my credit card to me that I left upon check-in. I appreciate the professionalism and honesty. I continue to come back because of good experiences. Katrina does a great job keeping the building welcoming and the older gentleman who works, the buffet on the weekends is so kind and always remembers my son and I greeting us with coffee and orange juice.
