My stay was elevated to an exceptional level thanks to the impeccable service provided by the front desk, especially Rashaan. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with a warm, polished welcome that immediately set the tone for a truly luxurious experience. Rashaan demonstrated a remarkable level of professionalism, attentiveness, and grace—anticipating needs before they were even expressed and ensuring that every detail was handled seamlessly. Rashaan’s knowledge, poise, and genuine care made me feel not just accommodated, but truly valued as a guest. It’s rare to encounter service that feels both effortlessly refined and sincerely personal, but Rashaan achieved exactly that. Rashaan presence is a true asset to the hotel and a reflection of the highest hospitality standards. I would return without hesitation and highly recommend this property to anyone seeking a first-class experience. My sincere thanks for such an outstanding stay.

It's an old Marriott, nice people, but a very dated experience. Not happy w/ $5 per day charge for paying w/ credit card. The concierge club is very sad. Packaged ultra processed food options like goldfish crackers.

I really wanted to enjoy this local day trip, especially after just coming back from a great four-night trip to Savannah with my parents and my kids. That trip was amazing with no issues at all, which made this experience even more disappointing. I am a hard-working single mom who always tries to give my kids the best experience wherever we go, and I also teach them to treat others with respect. We arrived at the Marriott Alpharetta around 4 PM and started swimming around 5 PM. After a while, we got hungry, so we ordered food using the QR code inside the pool area. I entered my information and placed the order, assuming it would either be charged to the room or processed normally. The estimated time was 30 minutes, but after waiting almost an hour, the food still hadn’t arrived, so I went to pick it up myself. I was also charged a $5 delivery fee, but I didn’t complain. The food was quite salty, but I didn’t say anything because we were there to enjoy ourselves, not expecting a fine dining experience. While we were eating, a supervisor named David came over and said they had not collected my incidental deposit at check-in. I explained clearly that my card was in the room and that I would bring it later since we were wet and with the kids. He said that was fine and there was no rush. Around 8:30 PM, my parents, who are 70 and 66, went upstairs because they were cold. About 15 minutes later, my mom came back down and told me the room key was not working. My dad was still wet and had become very cold, and she said his lips had turned purple. I told her to go to the front desk and let them know we were in room 831, but she was told they could not open the room without a credit card. That’s when I became very upset, because I had already explained the situation earlier and was clearly not going anywhere. The key had worked for hours and suddenly stopped right after I was asked for my card, which makes it seem like it was manually blocked without properly informing me. If that was the case, I should have been told clearly that the room access could be affected. This created a very stressful situation. My parents were locked out, my father was not feeling well, and I could not leave my kids alone to handle it immediately. I also felt uncomfortable and couldn’t help but question if we were being treated unfairly. It felt like we were being seen as if we might not pay, which is very upsetting. I work very hard, run my own business, and would never behave that way. All I needed was a sincere apology and clear communication. I understand that mistakes can happen, but instead I felt like the situation was being shifted onto me. We went back to the room, but I was too upset to rest, and my father was still not feeling well, so we decided to leave early and checked out at 10:40 PM. Both of my kids were asleep, so I had to carry one while my father carried the other. It was a very stressful and disappointing end to what was supposed to be a relaxing day. I was also told that an incident report would be made, but when I spoke with the manager Patricia the next day, she did not seem to know the full situation. While she did sound somewhat apologetic, she also continued to say that it was simply their policy to have a credit card on file. I understand that policy, and I have no issue providing a deposit, but this situation was not about the policy, it was about how it was handled. She offered me a $50 credit, which honestly felt very dismissive considering everything that happened. I hope management takes this seriously. This situation was avoidable and not handled properly.

A big shoutout to Lucy. She is very sweet and kind. When I was walking to the elevator she waited for me to come with a smile then immediately greeted me and then send me on the elevator and wished me to have a great evening. We don’t see that anymore. The staff and service in Alpharetta are amazing. We have been enjoying every stay here so far. Thank you guys for making our stay pleasant every time. 🫶🏽

Katrina and all of her staff were completely on Q! Professional, kind and had things in great order. The choice of an indoor and outdoor pool is always nice! We also soaked away our stress in the spa.

I had a bit of a rough start here, but Kelvin and Yailis at the reception desk were absolute stars 🙂. They really made my morning after I had a disappointing experience with my room, which wasn't clean and had a washroom floor that was sticky and made a disgusting sound when I walked on it with slippers. Thankfully, they're in the process of moving me to a new room. At breakfast, Xiaow was also very helpful and wonderful. I don't like to focus on the negative, but my first night here wasn't very comfortable.
