Staff is nice but I feel like this hotel is highly neglected. Everything looks old and need of upgrade. You get the feeling they are thinking of closing it because it seems so neglected. We are titanium members so always in M Clubs. This M Club is worst I have ever been in. Hardly anyone from hotel even in there. Today coffee machine was broken and no one even checked. Breakfast buffet is horrible. Choose another hotel.

Bed seemed to be lumpy and no microwave even tho it’s listed on the web site.

Everytime we come to Pontiac we stay here, it's always very comfortable, clean and enjoyable.

Close to Woodward Ave as we were there for the dream cruise

Ac unit wasn't cold enough, fan was awful inadequate for the room size and didn't even seem to push air. Bed was hard, water pressure was non existent. Windows weren't wiped as there were hands prints on them, something sticky on bathroom door as it wasn't wiped down.

Our stay was fine. Problem was most of the ice machines in the building were broken and our phone in our room did not work.

No toiletries 😞

Staff was great. Breakfast food was mostly heavy and greasy options like sausages and bacon and heavy on the cheese. Would have preferred some additional healthier options besides just oatmeal and yogurt.

I have stayed at this hotel many times over the years though pandemic interrupted the frequency. During this last day, while my hotel room was fine, the overall hotel looks tired and you could see many places where the structure was crumbling on the outside and it appeared that the entire hotel needs a refresh.
