Excellent location, close to railway station and bus station, plus bus to Isle of Man ferry. Also convenient for Walker Art gallery and Empire theatre. Reasonable choice for breakfast. Comfortable room.

Air conditioning was slightly noisy, but windows opened so managed without.

Great location, clean and comfortable room

I’m not a big fan of hotels that demand a deposit when you’ve already paid £180 for your room and then take days refunding it. Breakfast was disappointing but worst was the car park, getting out of it after paying was a nightmare and took calling the hotel 3 times
