The hotel and room were exceptionally clean. Good quality bedding, towels and toiletries supplied. Breakfast was lovely. Staff were professional, friendly and helpful. Will be returning.

This is a lovely hotel, in a great location, room was spotless and a spacious. Breakfast was nice and a decent time for a weekend too, finishing at 11am, we would definitely stay again.

Location to shopping and the museum.

No chain on the room Door to lock. Was unsettling with my child. Dinner:tea wasn’t great a lot of Things on the menu out of stock.

Great location very close to lime street station. Very friendly reception staff / quick easy check in/ out / bad storage. Room ready over an hour pre check in time. Comfy bed, big tv, decent bathroom.

No fridge in room.
