Great location, everything was perfect, and I am really happy with our stay at the hotel. There was no fridge in the room, and I really needed one because I have to bring my own food when I travel. The reception staff were extremely helpful and brought a fridge to my room; they really went out of their way, and I am very grateful for their help.

I booked the hotel and was surprised how close it was to the train station. The hotel was easy accessible and close to everything in Liverpool. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel room was quiet and clean. Would highly recommend to friends and family.

Upon arriving at the hotel, we were greeted immediately by the front desk personnel. They were very friendly and helpful with our requests. Our room was a king room and it was huge compared to the hotel we were in at London the day before.
