The location was nice and close to everything I like

Great location, Great room, Great service, Great breakfast.

Always smell in the bathroom. And The hair dryer should be changed to a more powerful one. And There were some hairs in the room & bathroom. maybe cleaning staff’s hair.

We had another wonderful stay at the JW Marriott Seoul this year! We decided to return because of our great experience last time, and once again the team exceeded our expectations. A special thank-you to Jeff Kim, who greeted us with a handwritten welcome card just like before. It truly made us feel remembered and appreciated, and it set the tone for a fantastic stay. His warm hospitality left a lasting impression on us. The service was excellent across the board, and every staff member we interacted with was kind, helpful, and professional. Thanks to the comfortable atmosphere and outstanding service, our trip was incredibly relaxing once again. We’re already looking forward to our next visit!

라운지에서의 아침식사가 좋았습니다

미리 미리 2층에 조식을 예약했는데 미팅할 사람이 있어서 라운지에서 식사를 하게되어 라운지 직원에게 2층을 취소해달라고 했는데 잘 인지하지 못한것 같았습니다 Check out 할때 2층 조식예약은 당일 취소가 안된다면서 식사를 안해도 금액을 다 지불해야한다고 해서 결국 전액을 결제했습니다. 그런경우 다른날 식사권이라도 제공해주면 좋을텐데 식사도 하지않고 돈을 부담하게 되어서 얹잖았습니다.

This was my most disappointing stay in Seoul this month. I stayed at several 5-star hotels recently, but the service and quality here fell far below a standard I expected. The executive lounge served items that felt like leftovers, and many dishes were dry or poorly presented. Not to mention finding a long hair on my bed — even though I have short hair. Overall, it didn’t reflect a 5-star standard at all.

We stayed in Seoul for two weeks and was staying at another hotel the first few days. We were looking forward to stay at Marriott again. This is hands down one of the best hotels in Seoul. This i my second time and I will definitely stay here again next time. The staff is so so nice and friendly. Every time you come with a taxi they immediately come over to you and asks if everything is alright. Perfect service from the valet/concierge to the housekeeping. I love it
