Great experience at the lounge. Great guest services by Lina who attended to my numberous questions in Hanwoo restaurant! She made great effort to look for a restaurant and recommended one that is close to hotel that I don’t have to travel far. Greatly appreciate her attentiveness and professionalism!

Dinner with my wife and baby. The managers and staff who make unforgettable memories. The know-how to apply snow crab meat was really cool, and the heart made of snow crab and the caramel cake that celebrated the birthday were touching. special thanks to Hyungcheol LIM supervisor and daeyoen Cho, junghyeon Ham, yoon jae Hong.

Perfect for us. Good location and stuffs were very nice.

99% was perfect and satisfied except bathroom didn’t have bright light for make up and I wish they had magnifying glass in bathroom. Otherwise everything was excellent.
