Holiday Inn The Hague - Voorburg, an IHG Hotel

Spent one night at this hotel on business Overall, it was good value for money.  There was nothing particularly great or bad about this hotel.  The check-in was quick and they observed my IHG loyalty status.  Frankly speaking the IHG loyalty brought me to this hotel as otherwise I probably would not have deliberately choosen it.    Good points:   1. Breakfast was good with sufficient variety of hot and cold dishes. 2.  Observed IHG loyalty and nice in room surprise gift-- nice touch  3.  Had a kettle for tea/ coffee service. 4.  Hotel access is pretty easy and close the motorway. Did not Enjoy: 1.  Parking was 16.50 euros per night for underground parking.  Seems a bit much. Some IHG hotels waive parking cost for Diamond members but not this property. 2. Bathroom was a bit small 3.  No mini fridge  4. No gym or fitness center (that I was aware of) Overall, a fine hotel for a one night stay.

Had a really nice stay Room was very comfortable and slept well. Everything worked and seemed both clean and in good order. Would definitely return in the future. Train station outside is very handy, travelled extensively for a few days without a car.

Essentially the hotel is good, on an ok location & staff is friendly (4 stars given). Though this time somebody had ordered gardeners to start very early in the morning: using very loud gear (leaf blower?); this totally wasted my sleep (0 stars)

We had a very good stay at this hotel. Great check in experience. The hotel is in great shape. Everything worked, everywhere was very clean and well maintained. Very large room but strangely the bathroom was tiny which didn’t make sense considering the size of the room. Extremely comfortable bed and good blackout curtains lead to great nights sleep. Breakfast was excellent with wide choice . Very good value parking available in the underground car park if the free parking opposite is full. There are a few restaurants within a 10 minute walk and the railway station is immediately in front of the hotel. The one negative I can come up with is that the bar is very expensive. We would definitely recommend and stay again when in the area.

Overall, great value for the stay. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The onsite restaurant was very enjoyable.

Not often i leave reviews on here but this was a great hotel with excellent service and outstanding food.

The hotel is about a half block from either the bus stop or the train stop. It is walking distance to a quaint little section to go shopping or to eat. The check-in staff was very friendly and very nice. I will definitely be staying there the next time I go over to see my son.

Schoon, vriendelijk personeel. Ontbijt was heerlijk!
