The quality of breakfast is below average. For a four star hotel, the breakfast is not even a bare minimum, and the number of items on the menu have also decreased ( for example baked tomato). There is limited food for people with healthy diets ( for example crackers, low sugar jams, etc.) . Additionally the hotel is mostly occupied by buses full of people which means the morning rush and refilling of the breakfast is a challenge.

There was a continuous loud humming noise in the wall. The AC didn‘t function at all. Opening the window was no option as there was very loud noise from the nearby trains and the street below.

Very friendly staff, very clean and in perfect condition, we missed nothing. Good parking possibilities at the weekend. Close to train station but quite. Stayed there for one night at weekend. Would definitely go there again.

Apart from a slight mishap with the requested early check-in time, the rest of our stay here was pleasant and very well serviced. We had a joining room for our children, and the rooms were very well sized to accommodate all our family and all the luggage that comes with us. The breakfast was great, with a large selection and plenty of space to sit. The coffee could have been a little better/fresher, rather than out of a self service machine. Location is great within Voorburg, close to the main street with all the shops and restaurants. And there are plenty of restaurants to choose from. Those with cars can find free parking under the railway station just across the street.
