Extended Stay America Suites - Lancaster County

It was conveniently close to the event I was going to. The guy that checked me in was very nice and the lady that checked me out was nice as well. I like to feel welcome and they made me feel that way. The room was a decent size and was fairly clean. The breakfast was okay, it's just like a grab and go breakfast. The bed was a little too soft for me but that's just my preference so I won't put that in things I didn't like.

Under the sofa bed was dirty needed to be vacuumed and it had a wrapper under there. The toilet got clogged pretty fast.

The staff and the kitchen and comfortable beds

Room had dust all over the walls. Bathroom with food on walls. No hand towel, kleenex box with 5 kleenex left, and no extra toilet paper. Pull out sofa bed too hard and old so had to put cushions on floor and sleep.

Fine place and staff was friendly. Everything you basically need. Looked as though there were some room upgrades, but furniture was old and worn.

Staff was wonderful. The room we reserved was two queens, one of the beds was a pull out couch. I’m sure it was mentioned and I missed the small print. The room layout was not very functional I had to use the table in the kitchenette for my suitcase. For my son and I it was fine. We enjoyed the putt putt and grill near the hotel.
