The day of check in I received a call at 5:28pm telling me they didn't have a room for me because they overbooked! Wanted to move me to another hotel. Problem with that was I was with another couple staying at that hotel. The front desk offered us no solution to keep us together. I suggested they move both of us to another hotel so that we could still be in the same place. They said they couldn't do that.This was the first time I have used Expedia and it will be the LAST!! In all the times I have stayed in hotels(which was a lot being I travel for my job) I have NEVER been called the day of check in and been told they didn't have a room for me. This was VERY UNACCEPTABLE AND STRESSFUL being our group was split up and were forced to stay a different hotels!!!

"Double the comfort"

When you travel with a youth sports group, you’re held hostage by what’s available in the city. But we sure got lucky for our AAU tournament that the DoubleTree in Neenah was available. It doesn’t look like much from the outside, but the interior rocks. From easy, kind checkin with warm cookies to the spacious room and comfortable bed, this was a home run! They allowed us a late checkout. Everything was top notch here! Thank you!

"Good older hotel"

Service and toom were good. Bathroom could use a deeper cleaning. Breaksfast buffet good but not worth the $15 per person
