DoubleTree by Hilton Neenah

The first night we stayed our room's a/c wasn't working correctly. I went down to the register counter and reported it. She gave me a variety of time slots, which was great! Maintenance was there at the time I requested and fixed the problem. All the staff was great! I would 100% recommend to all friends and family this facility.

Maybe clean a little more in the bathroom, door and ceiling.

Excellent location. Enjoyed walking in the beautiful downtown. Excellent friendly staff. Will definitely be returning.

Very nice up dated property. Staff was amazing! Surrounding city is vey cute and nostalgic with water nearby, parks, boats. Downtown is walking distance with very cute shops, boutiques, pubs.

For the price you’re paying, this place was no cleaner or better than a stereotypical motel 6, in fact, I’ve had better experiences at those stereotypes. The hotel itself is due for lots of maintenance, its dirty- I found mold in several places throughout, the doors to rooms need replacing, the continental breakfast was shut down due to electrical/mechanical issues- you can definitely tell the building hasn’t been well maintained for quite a while. We stayed here for a wedding where the bride and groom had rooms blocked, long story short, they were not prepared for the guests. I was told by the check-in clerk that all guests had the 7th floor, but only half the rooms were ready and clean, so I did not get to stay with friends/family, I was put on the 5th floor; it smelled like weed the moment we got there to the time we left. My parents sent pictures of their “ready” room, which consisted of a poop streaked toilet and hair wookiee shower (clearly the bathroom was restocked, but wasn’t actually cleaned). Needless to say, stay somewhere else for a better stay, especially at 150.00 a night in Neenah- this hotel does not meet a Hilton Standard.

There were a number of folks hanging outside the entrance and smoking (both cigarettes and pot) which was not pleasant to walk through each time we entered/exited the facility. Additionally, there was always lots of trash out by the elevators. However the room was clean and generally quiet.

Adjacent to city center. Nice hotel with nice restaurant/bar. Would stay here again.

Staff were very welcoming and helpful. It was always clean and quiet. Ammenities were 100%.

Was expecting a couch in the room and there was not one Hotel staff were very attentive

Great location if you’re staying in Neenah. Scenic walks available around the park, downtown or even the lake trail. Nice to have a brewery near as well !

It was a great location very clean very friendly staff and the price was great!
