Very expensive the weekend we went and not worth the money. Place looks like it needs a update. Pool was cold my kids said so they didn’t swim much.

"Needs some TLC but still good stay"

Shower was handicap access which isn’t bad except water flowed out of the shower into the rest of the bathroom. Ice machine in lobby was grossly dirty with scum. Coffee was less than average. However it was a comfortable stay and cookies are always great

"Dated and wore out"

I stood around the front desk for about 10 minutes trying to find somebody to help us check in. We came in late because of a delayed flight so stand there wasting time was really irritating. We pre-checked in with the digital key but the key didn't work so we didn't have a choice but to stand around and wait. The facility is very dirty, bathtub surround is just crumbling with mold, and all in all the places just wore down with lots of paint chipping and wallpaper peeling.

"Reflections of improvement needed"

I try to find the positives in all things. I do hope the entire staff reads this review because really if you take pride in what you do then knowing how the customer feels can only make you better. I’m giving a 4 star (not a 2 or 3) because the bed and pillows were perfect. The front desk staff were all very friendly. Parking perfect. But there was a serious area that needs improving Geeeez ! Now to the ENTIRE STAFF pull your self up by your boot straps, get a bucket, some soapy water, a few scrub brushes and get to work. Go into every room and look for opportunities that need cleaned. The cleaner the property is the more your bussiness will grow. I hope next time I can give a 5 star.
