Rude staff, rooms smelled, advertised hot tub but was closed, not worth the price
The ladies who checked us in were so friendly and very helpful on giving us the rundown on things to do in the area.
Room was spacious and clean. The hotel is old, dated, and overpriced for the amenities. The lobby and hallways were hot, hard to breathe hot. It was bizarre.
Elevator wasn't working.
Close to restaurants, clean room, hot tub out of order which was a huge bummer as we were looking forward to that but there was no mention of that
Staff were pleasant and helpful except for rhe night time gentleman on Friday night ... impatient and not friendly. Room was clean and quiet.
Nice old classic hotel. Comfortable beds, nice variety of foods for continental breakfast, comfortable eating area. The hot tub was not functioning but the pool was nice and warm so the grandkids enjoyed it a lot.
Older property but with new upgrades. Quiet to the point you did know anyone else was in the adjoining rooms. Clean and comfortable, I’ll be going back.
Perhaps it is expedia not updated but there is NOT a working hot tub, which was so disappointing. The pool is nice and warm and not overly busy. Sauna was ok. Room chairs were full of crumbs, otherwise clean. Very bouncy spring mattress'. Parking is at the back of the hotel off a one way road.
Air conditioning worked. Shops nearby. Continental breakfast. Plenty of parking. Staff friendly and helpful.
