I don't normally like to stay at downtown hotels, but this one was all good. Parking was very easy as they have their own lot out back. The room was very clean and comfortable. The room was super quiet, which was great as I needed a good night's sleep. The lady that checked me in was very nice. Highly recommended.
Bathroom drain could use more attention when cleaning
Hotel was decently clean, bed was very comfortable. Very quiet. Pool was clean and warm, but sauna did not warm up and the hot tub was out of order. Pool area had ceiling damage but the actual pool area was in fine shape. Staff at check in and out were very friendly

The hotel boasts a pool and hot tub as described on the website photos. The hot tub has not been in service in over a year according to staff. That was very disappointing and I would have booked a different hotel had I known that.
Arrived to find out hot tub is out of service and has been for a few weeks
