Hotel was good everything was ok but there is a bell boy name Mintu he was sitting on reception which is not his job he was very rude indiscipline and honestly I was with some guest or I would have showed him how to behave, Pls try to avoid talking to mintu not expected from lords, Mr Bansal this would be the real dent for your chain a person was extremely rude.

The hotel is located at very convenient place. The food is great. Housekeeping was good speacily miss radha for caring the stay.

Good experience nice service and cleaning was also good. Location was also near to railway station and bus station

I staying in this hotel for business and must stay this hotel is having nice and very clean rooms. Staff are very helpful. I enjoyed the stay.

We came for check-in, but at the front office, a staff member named Mr. Uvesh was speaking very rudely and angrily during the check-in process. It seemed like he neither had the willingness to check us in nor the interest to work properly. Even when we asked about small things, he replied in an irritated and aggressive manner. The front office staff definitely needs improvement in terms of behavior and professionalism.
