Our toilet didn’t work, the tv didn’t work, they ran out of hot breakfast at 7:30, the hot tub was broke and the pool was freezing cold

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! While my husband was taking a shower, a section of the above ceiling fell on is head. The staff was irresponsible in any handling of the situation. No staff members ever even asked if he sustained any kind of injury. They were reluctant and evasive to offer any kind of compensation for the ceiling situation. Furthermore, the rooms have filth, additional structural issues and the bathrooms have unexceptable amounts of mold and filth. The breakfast food is also not properly maintained and, if you don’t mind the housekeeper handling the food between room cleaning, maybe this is your bag. Overall this hotel is grossly neglected and poorly managed.

The breakfast pool an hot tub also a private balcony patio an not upstairs due to no elevator

The hot tub jets need fixed because they dont work to make the jacuzzi a jacuzzi, an the vending machine prices are too expensive plus could use a lil more variety of options

It was close to the winery

It was filthy , pool smelled and was black on the walls, the comforter had burn marks from smokers, the bed sheets and pillow cases where dirty and used from previous occupants. The floors where not cleaned or vacuumed, there were no face clothes there was hair on the toilet and in the shower. The water in the shower was luke warm. TV did not work

The floors in my room were dirty. Food stuck to the floor. Hair balls around the bee.
