Be careful before booking a reservation here because if you book the wrong type they will take your money and not let you move your dates or have any flexibility. They kept my money even though I am a rewards member and had to change my trip due to family situation. Zero compassion and willingness to offer a fair compromise or remedy to my situation. Very cold and unfriendly staff and management at this location. Will never stay here or any other Quality hotel due to this experience.

"Dreaded having to sleep there at night. Won't stay ever again."

location was sufficient. beds were comfortable. noise level was acceptable.

place is a dump. the room felt like a hostile. ants and stink bugs littered the floors. furniture was beat up and dirty. it was a pretty bad room. breakfast was pretty low quality. staff was reasonable but they tried to charge me for 2 nights even though I booked for one and checked out before 8 am. ha. I will do everything in my power to never have to stay at this quality inn again.
